Research & Development is the basic driving force in improving products and productivity as well as creating market awareness. ICL has a well equipped R & D center, which is also recognized by the Department of Science and Technology (CSIR). Government of India as "In House R & D Center". The activities of R & D include not only new product development and upgradation of existing products, but also to ensure that they satisfy customer's need.
R & D is also involved in developing newer analytical and instrumental methods for evaluating the conformity of the standard products, with the brainwork of qualified personnel of the highest level.
