The production plants are well configured with a variety of equipments in such a way that we achieve the optimum level of reaction. Our products are spray dried ( 3 different capacity spray dryers) or dried in spinflash dryer. Thus by doing so we are able to avoid contaminatin in the products and also achieve productin efficiency. If required, the conventional try dryers are also used when necessary. We use NANO filter systems wherever necessary to produce salt free dyes. All plants have a dedicated process control laboratory to monitor the production batches at various stages so that consistent product quality comes out.
